Norfolk County Council is delighted to support Norfolk’s Love Light Festival. Part of an imaginative series of culture-led, business development initiatives by Norwich BID, this unique, place-based arts festival will help to fulfil Norfolk County Council’s ‘Together, for Norfolk’ strategy by offering a magical community engagement programme as well as raising the profile of Norwich and Norfolk as a ‘must-see’ cultural destination.
